The Happy Latch program is available to families throughout Virginia.  This includes, but not limited to:

• Northern Virginia ( Alexandria, Arlington, Burke, Fairfax, Falls Church, Lorton, Reston, Springfield, Vienna, Woodbridge)

• Richmond & Surrounding areas,

• Charlottesville.
